Ultimate School-Agers Licensed Child Care Program
Before and After School & Nursery School
Ultimate School-Agers focuses on four separate programs each day. Our before and after school programs
are open to children between the ages of 4 to 12 years of age, and our nursery school programs are open to
children 2 to 5 years of age. Children are only allowed to be in our program less than six hours per day with
the exclusion of Summer holidays, PA days and March Break when full day care is offered.

Occasional Care Program
We know that sometimes parents do not need consistent care but may need occasional care. We have a few
spots reserved in each program for occasional care. How does it work? Just call ahead to check for availability.
The charge for occasional care is $5 per hour per child.
Please note that all forms must be completed prior to your child entering our program for the first time. Check
out our forms section to download the forms you need. You will need enrolment and program statement forms.

When we first designed Ultimate School-Agers we set our expectations high, and in a few short months we
have seen our dreams come true. Every day I am able to see children having fun making and playing with
friends, laughing, participating in group activities and interacting with staff. Not a day goes by without a child
wanting to stay because of all the fun they are having even though it is time to go home. Your child will
always be free to be themselves because our staff shows the same enthusiasm and warmth from the time
you and your child arrive until your child leaves at the end of the day. No words could compare to the fun you
will see the children having, so we welcome you to stop by and check us out. We can guarantee that in no
time your child will be looking forward to joining us day after day!

$12 per day for one program (includes snack)
$16 per day for two programs (includes two snacks)
$25 Full day care on school holidays and P.A days (Includes lunch and two snacks)

| Nursery School Part 2 involving children 2 to 5 years of age. This program runs from 12 to 2:30. Included is: Lunch Active Games Special Interest Circle and Free Play |
| Nursery School Part 1 involving children 2 to 5 years of age. This program runs from 9 to 11:30. Included is: Wee Wigglers Circle Active Games Free Play and Snack |

Wondering which program your child can enrol in?
Please note: We have very limited spots for 4 & 5 year olds in the before and after school program and very
limited spots for 2 to 2.5 month olds in the nursery school programs.
- 6 to 12 year olds can only be in the before and/or after school programs
- 2 and 3 year olds can only be in the nursery school and lunch programs
- 4 and 5 year olds can choose any two programs

Bus Transportation
We are currently accepting applications for our shuttle bus service which
will be provided to select schools within the area. Transportation is for our
Before & After School Program and is based on the number of interested
applicants. Please call for more details. The cost will range from $1 to $2
per trip depending on the location of the school.
